Breda Doherty who is the leading lady Irish referee will also be there on the 14th for any lady who would like to get involved in the refereeing side. Breda will coach the skills of being a referee and cover the rules plus give info on how to become a RIBSA Referee.
All the players will be recorded on the day and their techniques will be fine-tuned by watching back the action on the laptop. They will also play various mini games to show how to play safe and hopefully the day will a great success for everyone.
10 times National Ladies Irish Champion Michelle Sherwin from Dublin will also be showing off her skills on the day and RIBSA hope this promotion day will encourage more girls to start playing or refereeing snooker at the RIBSA National level and then hopefully on to the International level.
